Wednesday: Moderate heat wave conditions prevailed in most parts of Haryana and parts of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. They are likely to continue during the next two days. Weather was dry in the area. On Tuesday, day temperatures rose appreciably in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab and rose in Haryana. They were markedly above normal in the area. Night temperature changed little in the area. They were markedly above normal in Himachal Pradesh, appreciably above normal in Haryana and normal in Punjab. The lowest temperature in the plains was 15°C recorded at Ludhiana.

Forecast: Light to moderate rain or snow is likely to occur at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh. Cloudy days are likely in Haryana and Punjab.
