India inks euro 625 million loan agreement with Germany

NEW DELHI: India has signed a loan pact with Germany worth euro 625 million for the Green Energy Corridors project under the Indo-German bilateral development cooperation.

India has signed a loan pact with Germany worth euro 625 million for the Green Energy Corridors project under the Indo-German bilateral development cooperation. A Finance Ministry statement said the project aimed at creating transmission infrastructure in the renewable energy-rich states. — TNS
