Bengaluru-based developers score a point when it comes to adhering to regulatory compliances and best practices. These were the findings of the sixth BrandXReport 2017-2018 released by Track2Realty recently. Five out of the top 10 national brands rated by the agency in the report are from Bengaluru. With high consumer confidence and NRI preference, four players  from Bengalurur are among the top five National Brands this yea. "This speaks a great deal about the Bengaluru real estate market, its players, their best practices and consumers' confidence in them", the report added. 

The comprehensive Brand Perception Audit Report recognised Sobha as the top national realty brand.Besides this the developer was also rated as the top brand in South India, in residential space and in super luxury segment. Consumers across the country (20 city survey with a sample size of 10,000) also voted Sobha as their top pick. Commenting on this Ravi Menon, Chairman, Sobha Limited said, "This endorses our commitment in exceeding customer expectations with superior quality products across all segments along with our promise of on-time delivery." The BrandXReport uses sample size of 10,000 consumers across several cities in the country with a set of 28 open and close-ended questions.  —TNS
