After lying low for a few days, Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu on Thursday termed former Punjab chief minister Capt Amarinder Singh as the architect of three central farm laws. 

Sidhu’s reaction came a day after Amarinder announced to float a party and indicated at pre-alliance with the BJP, subject to favourable solution to the farmers’ agitation.
