Mother tongue: Suniel Shetty to star in a 150 crore budget Kannada film.
Suniel Shetty, who is fondly called Anna, is all set to debut in a Kannada film. Kannada is Shetty’s mother tongue and the actor will be collaborating with his favourite director Priyadarshan for the same. The fantasy adventure drama titled Marrakar – The Lion of Arabian Sea is said to be based on the lines of Pirates of the Caribbean. Reportedly, it is also loosely based on Kunjali Marakkar IV (Mohammad Ali), the Muslim naval chief and will also star Nagarjuna.
