Management programmes

IMI, New Delhi, announced admissions to Fellow Program in Management (FPM). FPM is a doctoral programme of two years that help candidates prepare for academic careers in teaching and research as well as consultancy in disciplines underlying business management. The areas of interest are Economics, Financing and Accounting, Marketing, Organisational Behavior/ Human resource Management, Operations management and Quantitative Methods and strategy with the faculty members of IMI-New Delhi to further the existing theory and practice in the field of business management.

Eligibility:  Minimum of 55 % marks in all of their public examinations starting with the secondary level. Work experience in industry or academics will be given due credit in the selection process.

BEng Biomedical Engineering

The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK, is inviting applications for BEng (Honours) Biomedical Engineering course starting in September 2017.

The course: BEng (Honours) in Biomedical Engineering is a multidisciplinary programme that will enable students to apply engineering knowledge and skills to real-world clinical problems.

Eligibility: For year 1 (BEng): Indian High School (HSSC - Year 12) overall 70 per cent or above as long as HSSC is awarded by CBSE, CISCE or West Bengal State Board (students must have maths and physics)

Year 2 (BEng): Advanced entry  is considered to year two for students with higher year 12 grades. Overall 80% or above as long as HSSC is awarded by CBSE, CISCE (students must have maths and physics)

IELTS 6.5 (with no component below 5.5) or equivalent
