Kangana Ranaut, BJP candidate from the Mandi parliamentary constituency, today held an introduction meeting with panchayati raj representatives at Sarkaghat in Mandi district and sought their support in the the Lok Sabha elections on June 1. She introduced herself to the panchayati raj representatives and urged them to campaign in her favour.

Kangana said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has implemented the Ujjwala Yojana for women, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for homeless, Kisan Nidhi Yojana for farmers, Jal Jeevan Mission to provide water to every household and several other public welfare schemes to benefit common people.”

She urged the panchayati raj representatives to campaign for the Prime Minister and cast their votes to ensure her victory from the Mandi constituency.

BJP MLA from Sarkaghat Dalip Thakur said that former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur had left no stone unturned to ensure development of Sarkaghat. He urged them to contribute to making Narendra Modi Prime Minister for the third time by voting for BJP candidate Kangana.
