Garments unit gutted in Bahadurgarh

Goods and machinery worth several lakhs of rupees were gutted in a fire incident at a garments factory at the Modern Industrial Estate (MIE) part-1 in Bahadurgarh town here on Saturday.

A short-circuit is believed to be the reason behind the incident that took place in the morning when no employee was present at the SB Equipment. Some passersby noticed the smoke billowing out of the factory and informed its owner as well as the Fire Department. Later fire engines doused the fire.
