Panipat: Members of Brahmin organisations protested against singer Pradeep Boora at Skylark resort here on Wednesday. They raised slogans against him for allegedly using derogatory words against women in his song. The protestors led by Rajender Sharma Haldana, vice-president, Akhil Bharatiya Brahman Mahasabha, rued the singer had no right to target women of a particular community. Later, they submitted a memorandum to DC Chander Shekhar Khare and demanded action against the singer. —TNS
