YSCE boys beat GCA by 38 runs

CHANDIGARH:Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence (YSCE) defeated Gurusagar Cricket Academy (GCA) by 38 runs in the opening match of maiden Champions League Cricket Tournament here today.

Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence (YSCE) defeated Gurusagar Cricket Academy (GCA) by 38 runs in the opening match of maiden Champions League Cricket Tournament here today. 

Batting first, Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence scored 187/9 in their 35 overs with Sahil scoring 40 off 54 balls. Karan added 37 runs to the total. 

For the bowling side, Amrit (2/35) and Sukhi (2/30) claimed two wickets each. 

In reply, Gurusagar Cricket Academy were bowled out for just 149 runs in 30 overs.

Guneet (42) was the top scorer for the side, while Vikas contributed 28 runs to the chase. For Yuvraj Singh Centre of Excellence, Vishu claimed 3/31, while Amish bagged 2/13.
