Chandigarh, April 19

An unidentified person has reportedly snatched gold earrings from a resident of the city. The victim, a resident of Sector 46, has lodged a complaint with the police. She told the police that the man snatched her earrings in front of government school near her house. A case has been registered at the Sector 34 police station.

Meanwhile, three unidentified miscreants tried to snatch cash from an 85-year-old man. The police said they had registered a case on a complaint lodged by Om Parkash of Sector 37.
