Mohali, February 22
The Mohali police arrested Navjeet Singh, president of The Sky Rock City Welfare Society, following issuance of arrest warrants by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chandigarh, here.
Confirming the development, Mohali DSP (City) Alam Vijay Singh said Navjeet Singh’s arrest was made following the directions of the consumer forum. “Besides, there are cases against him at different police stations in Mohali,” said the DSP.
The Mohali police would produce Navjeet Singh before the forum tomorrow.
