Skoda car recovered from former judge’s residence

Bathinda, January 12

Judge HL Kumar and his son Advocate Pardeep Kumar were produced in the court today after ending of two-day police remand. The court extended the remand of the accused for three days and now, both will be produced in the court on January 15.

According to the police, the accused allegedly duped 103 investors of Rs 10.30 crore.

Former judge HL Kumar said he and his son were innocent as his son was just an agent of the company while Delhi resident Vishal was the master mind. All money has been given to him, he added.

SHO Kuldeep Singh Bhullar said the police also recovered a Skoda car from the residence of the accused in New Delhi and soon it will be brought to Bathinda. — TNS
