AMRITSAR: Schools in the city are abuzz with the celebrations of Independence Day and Janmashtami. Students of The Senior Study celebrated the 70th Independence Day with zeal and enthusiasm.

Schools in the city are abuzz with the celebrations of Independence Day and Janmashtami. Students of The Senior Study celebrated the 70th Independence Day with zeal and enthusiasm. The students from sixth till eight spoke about the importance of this day. Students of Pioneer school observed the day with cultural programmes and decorated the school with tricolor flags made by them.

Students of Sun Valley Public High School celebrated Janmashtami with fervour. Kids attired as Lord Krishna participated in several programmes.
