challenge — below normal storage in the six important reservoirs in
the region in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan in the ongoing Rabi

The Punjab Government has suspended a gynaecologist and transferred the Senior Medical Officer of the Ludhiana Civil Hospital following deaths of five newborns at the Mother and Child Hospital on Sunday.
