Ustad Abdul Rashid Khan The Department of Cultural Affairs, UT, has announced the sixth edition of the Chandigarh Arts and Heritage Festival, which will kick-off on September 10. The four-day festival will mostly be held at the Tagore Theatre, but also go beyond its boundaries. The event extends an open invitation to the city folks to be a part of the Heritage Walk that will flag off from Government Museum and Art Gallery to Le Corbusier Centre, Sector 19, on September 13th and on September 14.
