Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express derails in Bihar, four killed
Chapra, June 25 (ANI): Nine coaches of the Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express derailed near Chapra in Bihar, killing four and injuring eight others on Wednesday. Maoist role speculated. The accident occurred barely hours after Maoists had announced a strike in Bihar which raised speculations of an alleged Maoist role in the accident. However, General Manager, Eastern Railway, Mathuresh Kumar did not assert a Maoist sabotage. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sushil Kumar said that the number of casualties is four. Senior railway officials and local administration reached the accident site immediately. Eight passengers were injured however the number could increase further. 



HC agreed to hear the FYUP case on July 1st
New Delhi, June 25 (ANI): The High Court on Wednesday agreed to hear the Four year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP) case, but deferred it to July 1st. Earlier, the Supreme Court had refused to intervene in the matter and had asked the High Court to hear the case. The Petitioner said that their plea is that the system of 10+2+3 should be complied by the Delhi University as by the other Universities and the directives of the UGC should be followed.



Preity Zinta records statement regarding molestation case
Mumbai, June 25 (ANI): Bollywood actress, Preity Zinta, recorded a statement with the Mumbai police against ex-boyfriend and industrialist, Ness Wadia, after she returned from the United States on Sunday. Zinta had filed a case against Wadia on June 13, alleging him of molesting and abusing her at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium during a recent Indian Premier League (IPL) match. The actress left for the U.S. soon after filing the complaint against Wadia. Mumbai police called her to return to record an official statement.
