Bhiwani, February 19
Three girl students and woman teacher of Vaish College, Bhiwani, fell unconscious when some miscreants allegedly used pepper spray in the college library today.

Those sitting in the library at the time of the incident started feeling irritation in their eyes and uneasiness in breathing. Three girls and a woman teacher later fell unconscious. College Principal Budhdev Arya took the affected persons to the hospital. DSP Amit Bhatia and SHO Sandeep Sharma said the investigation into the incident was on. Some college student might have played a prank on students sitting in the library, police officials said. A case has been registered against unidentified persons under Sections 352 (assault or use of criminal force) and 284 (negligent conduct with respect to poisonous substances) of the IPC on the complaint of the college Principal.
