New Delhi, Jan 30 (ANI): Press Secretary to Former President Giani Zail Singh, Tarlochan Singh on Thursday reiterated his stand that that Gujarat riots were spontaneous and that the Anti Sikh riots in Delhi were monitored by the Congress. He further said that Gujarat cannot be compared with Delhi.
