"We'll be cooking according to the preferences of our guests. I'll be showing them the raw materials, explaining things and then take their requests as to whether they want it grilled or otherwise."
It all started with the visit to a place where seafood is primarily street food. "I had been to Thailand lately on a holiday and there you find it all on display. That's what propelled to give a taste of the seafood to the city."
