Hyderabad, November 2
At least 10 passengers were run over by a train in Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh today.

The mishap occurred near Gotlam in the north coastal region when passengers of the Alleppey-Dhanbad Express jumped out of the moving train in panic following a rumour that fire had broken out in some of the bogies. The passengers came under the Raigarh passenger bound for Vijayawada coming from the opposite side.
