Delhi HC dismisses Sajjan Kumar's plea in 1984 riots case
New Delhi, July 16: In a major setback to Congress leader Sajjan Kumar, the Delhi High Court on Tuesday dismissed his plea challenging framing of murder and rioting charges against him in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case. Kumar will now be facing a trial in the case related to the killing of six people in Delhi's Sultanpuri area.
