New Delhi, June 11
BJP founder-member LK Advani today conceded to party ideological fountainhead RSS’ advice to “respect” the Parliamentary Board’s decision and withdraw his resignation, thus ending the two-day political crisis triggered by his strong reaction to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s elevation as campaign committee chairman.

CBI books former minister, Jindal in coal block scam

The CBI today registered cases against former Minister of State for Coal Dasari Narayan Rao and industrialist-Congress MP Naveen Jindal for alleged cheating in coal allocations. The agency also conducted raids at official and residential places of Jindal and the minister in Delhi and elsewhere.
