No more alcohol on Goa beaches! Panaji, April 26 (ANI): The tourism department in Goa has prohibited drinking and carrying of liquor bottles on its beaches with an aim to curb nuisance and preserve the tourist spot. The Director of Tourism Department of Goa, Nikhil Desai revealed that the decision to ban liquor consumption on beaches was taken to ensure that tourists do not face any problems.

NIA to continue probe against two Italian marines: SC New Delhi, April 26 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Friday said that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) will continue to probe the case of two Italian Marines accused of killing two fishermen off the Kerala coast in February 2012. The apex court said that a special court will conduct day-to-day proceedings against the two Italian Marines-Massimiliano Latorre and Salvatore Girone, adding that no other case would be attended to by the court.
