mini sondhi TAKES A LOOK AT THE FITTINGs OF HER GARMENTS Fit at any age
The Google throws up a nine-digit result when you search on how to dress younger; what it doesn't tell you is that dressing younger is one thing and looking younger quite another! Just as Sarah Jessica Parker trying to pull off a pink frock is one thing and Demi Moore looking young all through her makeovers, quite another. If a recent study is to be believed, a woman can look up to eight years younger simply by wearing well-tailored clothes, while choosing the wrong outfit can add up to seven years. If the fashion police is to be believed, the wrong outfit is as sinful as teaming orthopaedic shoes with maternity pants at a red carpet event!

Jatinder Singh Grewal Spirit of a fighter
The only good thing about doing forgettable cinema is that you are forgotten! Wallow in the fact; sit and cry over box-office duds or take a deep breath, re-invent yourself and bounce back like model-turned-actor Bunty Grewal did. The first runners-up of Gladrags manhunt, 1998, Bunty made his debut a decade ago with Praksh Jha's Rahul. The rest is an ironical history, which he has gladly written-off and is looking forward to his Punjabi flick Desi Munde. Meanwhile, he's been busy with, "a couple of Hindi projects, two television shows; running my own event management company and a Telugu film as well."

Deepika goes desi
Deepika is running scared. So far the most abusive word she has used is 'slut' in Cocktail. For Ram Leela she needs to get a lot more colourful. Playing Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Juliet in Ram Leela is not going to be a cakewalk for Deepika. It requires a drastic and complete makeover, and not just from her Armani outfits to ghagra Cholis to look like a firebrand from Kutch. She would also have to work seriously on her Gujarati accent to sound credible.

Priyanka Chopra Go green
With the Ganesha festival around the corner the entire Mumbai has begun to prepare itself including our very own Piggy Chops who has always been a crusader for the environment. Priyanka Chopra has lent her support to the BIG Green Ganesha Campaign by donating newspapers that will go toward building eco-friendly Ganesha Idols from paper-mache. PC has long been a green supporter and has also been seen as a Green Style Statement Ambassador for an environment campaign. Tradition dictates that seeking Lord Ganesha's blessings before an auspicious event garners success and good luck and it seems that Priyanka's efforts to appease the Lord may have something to do with her upcoming projects.

Roger Moore Mo(o)re of torture!
Actor Roger Moore says his former wives Doorn Van Steyn and Dorothy Squires were physically abusive towards him. He faced several assaults by them, included being hit with a teapot and a guitar. Moore, who played James Bond from 1973 to 1985, has been married four times. "(Doorn) would scratch me. She threw a pot of tea at me. I'd been sunbathing in the garden, I came up and I'd taken off my pants and I gave her some smart Alec answer and this teapot came hurtling at me. I said, 'Right, that's it, I'm leaving'," said the 84-year-old as saying.

Go-getter
Harnoor Boparai Green crusader
Every time we read about a dead tiger or how the world is depleting its natural resources, we get alarmed. We read about it, discuss these topics in those hi-flying dinner dates, but we hardly make an effort to do something about it. Moving away from her chosen course, architecture, Harnoor Boparai, 21-year-old, is now a student of University of Windsor, Canada studying environmental engineering. Watching her father, Harnoor started getting into the dynamics of environment. “My father got me acquainted with the concept of protecting the environment and sustainable development,” she says. We find out her viewpoints on this subject.

Master Chef
Strange bread-fellows
Brinjal or baingan in Hindi is also bad mouthed as be-gun, implying it has no worthwhile qualities. This is miles from the truth. These deeply purple, glossy beauties are an excellent source of dietary fiber, vitamins B1, B6, potassium and much more. They taste best when grilled or broiled which explains why the smoky flavour of a brinjal bhartha is so appetizing! The skin, though somewhat pungent has a fair amount of fiber so we would do well to include it in the dish when possible.

TROUBLE SHOOTER
It’s a matter of mind
I need some tips for dealing with my never-ending fear that I have some serious illness. I was calm all day, then I scratched under my arm, and now have convinced myself that deep down there is something wrong and that I have some type of cancer. Even though I just went to the doctor last week to get checked for breast cancer. I'm 23 years old. I can't deal with this. I keep reading things online.

Body beautiful: Doctor Saab, can't you replace my knee with some designer knee?

On your heel!
Frequently wearing high heels, along with the natural changes in your aging feet, can set the stage for foot problems. Over the years, your feet become wider and longer and the natural padding under your heel and forefoot become thinner. When you wear high heels — shoes with 2 inches heels or higher — your foot slides forward in your shoe, redistributing your weight, creating unnatural pressure points and throwing your body's natural alignment for a toss.
