I have long working hours and am unable to say no to work. As a result I often come home late and also worry about next day’s work. I enjoy my job but I have been having bouts of anxiety that build up and my heart rate rises and I feel something is going to happen to me. I have been to the emergency 3-4 times where all tests are normal and the doctors give me an injection or a pill and send me home.
