Too bold to handle?
Do we need a Mallika Sherawat to shake the Indian television out of slumber? Come to think of it, what’s the big deal if a toned down form of a bold scene in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain (BALH) is telecast on national television? Of course, it’s a breather from the usual consummation scenes justified only through circumstantial evidences — a dupatta here, a shirt there, candles everywhere and a bed out of place.

When celebs came calling
A generous dose of fashion, music and glamour, some interestingly popular guests, stylish food, catchy background music….mix it well and there you have a ‘nearly’ (perfect parties — never heard about them!) perfect Sunday night party.

A legacy to shoulder
Born into the family of music stalwarts Pandit Kumar Gandharva and Vidushi Vasundhara Komkali, singing was not the first option for Kalapini Komkali. “Though I started learning from my mother at a very young age, I thought of making a career more in medicine than music,” says Kalapini, in Chandigarh to participate in Pracheen Kala Kendra Nritya and Sangeet Sammelan.

IMPROVE YOUR IMPACT
Good impact or on centre strike is one of the most important building blocks for confidence. When we are hitting the ball with the middle of the club, we get better results with both direction and distance control. Even for a beginner, centre strike is the first skill to acquire. If we are returning to the game after a lay off, it is once again the priority whilst we practice.

Cooking up a storm
Cooking classes are getting popular and we do not mean professional courses. Week-and-month-long classes have become a hit, especially with the ladies, courtesy the cookery shows on television that open you up to exotic recipes!
Well, if you are also the one who’s looking around for someone to teach you how to plan and cook a five-course meal, wait before you hunt for a fancy cook-book or log on to the Internet. Just pick up your newspaper or Google and you will surely find an advertisement for cooking classes!
it’s rocking
Yesteryears once more
It is the era of remakes, where one takes the essence of the old and presents it in a new way. The song, O Meri Chandni from the movie Chaar Din Ki Chandni starring Tusshar Kapoor and Kulraj Randhawa is the remake of the immensely popular 1990s song from Shiv-Hari’s blockbuster musical Chandni. The listeners have an immediate connect with the famous song.

All that jazz
Every person has a sense of style in his or her own right. Yet there are only a few who’d attract the second glances, who have the power to make the camera go zoom on them.
Creamy layer
Cakes are the most popular snacks relished by all age groups. They can be light or heavy according to what we put in. With the addition of fruits and cream, cakes become yummy. The best thing about baking a cake is, we can let our imagination go free while combining flavours and decorating the cakes.
