An architect’s lens
Perspectives d'architecte is an exhibition of photographs put up by a young French architect-photographer Tiphanie Fievet. Pictures clicked on her travels, some 22 frames in black and white are up for display at Alliance Francaise de Chandigarh.
An architect, Tiphanie's photographs are mainly buildings but not the outer facades. Mostly works of celebrated architects in her favourite cities in France, Tiphanie's lens explores the lesser known sides of the famous buildings - the backside view or angles not known.

‘Talking through children’ is what Shikha Sharma, 23-year-old upcoming documentary-maker, wanted to picturise. And her sincere effort is reflected in the 10-minute film Metamorphosis, which she has made for her graduation. This film, themed around compassion for animals, also won Shikha Silver Filmi Chashma Award of Rs 50,000.
Born and brought up in Chandigarh, Shikha, Vivek High alumni, is now freelancing in movie-making after graduating from Symbiosis International University.

Choreography took a back seat in his life long ago but actor Arshad Warsi wants to return to his first love with a film on dance.
Before entering Bollywood, Arshad worked as a choreographer for stage shows. He also ran a dance school and won an English Jazz Dancing Competition when he was 21.
"I have given such a fabulous idea on a dance film to someone. Since I have been a dancer, I know what a dancer is all about. Somebody is working on it. I have just given an idea, a writer is doing the job now," Arshad said.
