What looks like a trend reversal, the joint family system seems to be a popular choice of many youngsters today
What do you prefer - a home full of people from different generations or a quiet den with not many around? Well, a recent survey from one of the leading online matrimonial sites Shaadi.com about its members' matrimonial attitudes gave some fascinating results. It reveals, "Fifty four per cent of women prefer living in a joint family after marriage — alongside parents and siblings - whereas only 21 per cent want to be in a nuclear set-up."
