Sathya Sai Baba continues to be stable

Puttaparthi (AP), April 8
Sathya Sai Baba, undergoing treatment for multi-organ dysfunction, continued to show signs of recovery though he is still on ventilator for respiratory support and slow dialysis, doctors attending on the godman said today.

“The health condition of Sri Sathya Sai Baba continues to be stable. All his vital parameters are nearly normal. His kidneys are continuing to show signs of recovery,” a health bulletin issued by the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, where the Baba is admitted, said this evening. The infection in the lungs is also much less, although it is still a matter of concern, it said. “All other vital systems are functioning satisfactorily. Doctors treating him are satisfied with the progress.” — PTI
