Leh death toll reaches 58,PM announces ex-gratia relief
Ladakh,August 06 (ANI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday expressed grief over the loss of life and property in the flash floods in Leh in Jammu and Kashmir and announced an ex-gratia relief from the PM's National Relief Fund of Rs one lakh each to the kin of those killed and Rs 50,000 each to the seriously injured.
