Technical teams moved to CWG venues: Bhanot
Secretary General of the Commonwealth Games Organising Committee (CGOC) Lalit Bhanot in New Delhi on Monday said that the designated technical teams for the Games have been shifted to the respective games stadia in New Delhi and the work on overlays has commenced. He noted that the things were going as scheduled and asserted there was no delay.

Curfew continues in
Kashmir, youth killed in fresh clashes
Curfew remained clamped today in all the ten districts of Kashmir as security forces maintained a close vigil to contain disturbances. Spiralling violence in the Kashmir Valley claimed another life on Tuesday and left five others injured as security forces opened fire to quell protestors who clashed with them in Srinagar and Budgam districts.

Normal life has been crippled in Veraval town of Gujarat due to incessant rains in the area. Water entered the residential areas and inundated roads, bringing vehicular traffic and movement of goods to a
