We know you know it all, but lets revise the 'history'. Working out in the gym is about losing weight. It's about staying fit. It's about toning up muscles…building abs, cardio, weight training, pilates and many more such clichés. And just when we thought there was nothing more interesting in there, a fact flowed in. Manish Arora, ace designer, is all set to launch a gym line under the designer label Fish Fry. That brings in some spice!

Poster boy
Now, here's something different, literally. You are one of the most happening poster boys of the fashion circuit (counted among the top five supermodels in the country), have been on the cover of GQ, walked the international ramp and recently represented the country at the Mr World competition held in South Korea last month. And the 'being different' part of it is yet to come!

Perfect scoop
Photo: Vinay Malik ‘Forget love - I'd rather fall in chocolate," quoted Sandra J. Dykes. And we nod in approval, whole-heartedly, without an iota of doubt! If a small, bright, curve on a face lights up a million hearts, a scoop of rich, chocolatey, ice-cream or a creamy vanilla gelato is a perfect stress buster, a good damage control exercise (in situations when you have emptied your husbands debit card, you can make up with some yup flavoured scoop).

Over to Bollywood
Popular TV actor Hussain Kuwajerwala, who will soon be seen in the first-ever Bollywood musical, feels the task is quite challenging as he is required to sing, dance, fight, do acrobatics -- all in just two hours without any re-take. "This musical involves a lot of hard work and there is no scope for mistake," Hussain said in an interview. "You can say that it is India's answer to the Opera and Moulin Rouge. It is the first of its kind where you will have a small Bollywood musical in which everyone will give live performance," he said.

Home front
Far from the maddening crowd
Eco-friendly, low budget, architect Ajai Johl’s Foliage Farm is an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life
Earthy and cool are the words that best describe Ajai Johl's 'Foliage Farm' nestled among the bougainvillea shrubs and tall bamboos in Kishangarh. Inspired by the piece of land amidst mango groves, this single storey mud house was an overnight vision of this gifted architect. "I moved in after just 11 weeks of conceptualising this house," shares Johl while sitting in his work studio. Grapevines cover this studio's entrance. Johl points out, "The benefit of grapevines is that they are bare in winters letting the sun in, while they provide shade in the summers."

Palate pleasure
Ramanpreet Rustic flavours of crushed garlic and fresh green chillies in tender morsels of boneless chicken tikkas; tangy potato cubes tempered with curry leaves and tossed in crushed peanuts or mushrooms and green peas served on puffed bread, Kaanji Wada… wondering what permutations and combinations are we talking about? If not the names, the ingredients definitely sound familiar. Ought to be, because they are very Indian, often used at our homes, hotels and restaurants. So, what's new?
