Commoner volunteers to be hangman to execute Kasab Rajiv Tandon, a functionary of Hindu Suraksha Samiti, a local Hindu forum of Ludhiana, has offered his services through an application to the Indian Prime Minister seeking the job of a hangman to execute Ajmal Amir Kasab, who was sentenced to death for Mumbai attack in 2008.
