We are inspired and impressed by strong women, with power and position, talking politics, sports, taking charge at every point. Hmm…taking charge! No stereotypes, breaking out. Well, here's a pointer. The 'Alpha female' is no better than her previous prototypes. In fact, it is the latest stereotype women face, the 'with it' tag that labels them as emotionally stronger, perfectionists with out-of-the-world multitasking abilities and making them to believe that they are a superior species, only to be exploited for all the above reasons mentioned.
