The
Supreme Court today directed the Special Investigation Team
(SIT) that probed the 2002 Godhra train fire and the subsequent
riots to investigate a complaint against Chief Minister Narendra
Modi, his cabinet colleagues and top police and administration
officials that they had aided and abetted the mob violence.

die in Patiala scrap blast Patiala, April 27
Five members of a family,
including a girl, were killed and two others injured when a female
member of the family tried to break a piece of scrap, said to be
live bomb, with a hammer in their house in Lakkar Mandi here this
