Singh’s son Jasjit Singh Bunny today returned into the Shiromani
Akali Dal (SAD) on the demand of Akali workers of the Banur
constituency and said he was placing himself at the disposal of
“father-like figure of Parkash Singh Badal”. The turnaround was scripted at his sector nine residence by his mother Sarabjit Kaur as well as by Capt Kanwaljit’s supporters, who held party meetings at various places in the constituency before gathering at his residence to make a “final appeal”.
