Jamia Nagar encounter: HC says no to judicial probe

New Delhi, November 7
The Delhi High Court today refused to pass any order on a plea seeking judicial inquiry into the Jamia Nagar police encounter in which two suspected terrorists allegedly involved in Delhi serial blasts were killed.

A Bench comprising Chief Justice A.P. Shah and Justice S. Muralidhar refused to express any opinion as the NHRC was looking into the matter. — PTI
