Work on mini-secretariat to take off in January

The first phase of the mini-secretariat to be established in the holy city has been complete as the architectural plan of the building has been prepared and the work on the construction is likely to begin in January 2009. With the establishment of the mini secretariat, all the offices in the district would start functioning under one roof to facilitate the general masses who have to move from one place to another to get their work done.
