Manchanda is Rotary district secretary

Prominent child specialist Dr K.S. Manchanda has been elected secretary of the Rotary District 307.
Manchanda, who had been an active member of the Rotary Club since 1980, has held a number of posts like district-level chairman of programmes on cancer, HIV and polio eradication. Besides, he had also held the post of Rotary Club chief in 1986-87. —OC
