Classic, glamorous and fun, the new look is very wearable and easy to carry. So, this monsoon, get stylish with long skirts. And, well, who said fashion was all about showing skin? Offers Ritu Kochhar, director, corporate, INIFD-8, “The Rani Mukherjee look in her new flick bears a strong resemblance to the Greek look with long tunics and dresses, lace and crochet accented peasant tops, crop tops accesorised with brass buttons and anything in bright white.” As per Ritu, long skirts have a feminine touch to them. “These are wearable and you can sport them to office or even for a casual date.”

I also saw a new trend in women’s fashion. This year’s fashion somehow is reminiscent of the sixties era – flowery dresses, peachy tunics, skirts with multi-cored swirls, tops with lacey sleeves – very Marilyn Monroe, all cotton and Made in India.
