13 killed in wall collapse
Gurgaon, May 18
In a tragic incident, a dust storm last night claimed 13 lives in the Farukhnagar area when a newly built concrete wall of an under-construction warehouse collapsed. The police has registered a case against Kalpana Infrastructure Private Limited, the firm which was constructing the warehouse.

This may well be the story of another Satyendra Dubey. On May 14, Lalit Mehta, a 36-year-old member of the Right to Food and Right to Work campaigns in Jharkhand, was brutally murdered when he was on his way back from Daltonganj to Chhattarpur on his motorcycle.

Suicide bomber kills 13 in Pak

Thirteen people were killed and 22 injured when a suicide bomber blew himself up in a crowded market within the cantonment area in the northwestern Pakistani city of Mardan today.

Clashes claim 13 lives in Bengal

Thirteen persons were killed and at least 50 were injured in the poll clashes that took place during the third and last phase of panchayat elections, being held in seven districts of North Bengal, here today.

The common man residing in major cities across India will now have to pay Rs 1.25 per litre more for diesel and Rs 3 per litre more for petrol, as only premium fuels will be available at all fuel retail outlets in cities.
