Engineer commits suicide after killing wife

Bangalore, March 23
A software engineer allegedly committed suicide after murdering his wife, suspecting her fidelity, here last night.

The police said Amit Budhraj (30), hailing from Delhi, working in Infosys, committed suicide after allegedly strangulating his wife Rinko Sachdev (28) to death. Rinko was working with Standard Chartered Bank.

The couple, who got married last year, were reported to have a strained relationship, as Amit suspected Rinko of having an illicit relationship with one of her colleagues.

The incident came to light this morning when one of Rinko's friends had came to her house to take her to a movie.

Suspecting foul play, the police broke open the doors of the flat and found the bodies.
