Mask it right

Good skin comes from having a good facial skin care regime, where your skin is able to heal, cleanse and renew itself. Facial masks are an essential step towards having a good complexion and also for the health of your skin. To maintain a good texture and complexion, you must adjust your facial skin care mask routine according to the seasons and the type of your skin. Let a skin therapist examine and recognise your skin type. Classing yourself as oily or dry for lifetime is not fair, as with the passage of time your skin changes too.

Kandla Nijhowne

The minute the aroma of a well-cooked kebab wafts through a room, all eager eyes, twitching noses and ready forks will turn in that direction! We think that koftas are very Hindustani, but allow me to dispel that illusion. Kuftas, qofte, keftedes and cufte flourish all over Africa, the Mediterranean, Central Europe and Asia.
