Blaming the
Congress for the prevailing volatile situation in
the state, Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal
today devised a three-pronged strategy to deal with
disturbances in the state. Sources said the
situation would be dealt with at the political,
religious and administrative levels.
