Pandher charged with only lesser offences
New Delhi, March 22
In the case pertaining to the gruesome killing of children in Nithari, the CBI today virtually gave a clean chit to businessman Moninder Singh Pandher and blamed his “psychopath” servant Surinder Koli for the murder of 16 persons.

Lok Pal: Badal govt seeks time

The SAD-BJP coalition in Punjab today sought time from the Supreme Court to make its stand clear on a long-pending appeal of the state and Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, filed during his earlier tenure on the question of his and his council of ministers’ powers to appoint the Lok Pal.
