The Chandigarh Police today booked Ravneet Kaur (IAS), former managing director of Punjab State Industrial Corporation Development (PSIDC), along with its former chairman and four other senior officials, on charges of cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy.
Bt cotton seed cheaper
