Almost all birdwatching guides and gurus would tell you that clear skies, mild day-time temperatures, close-to-zero humidity and just the suggestion of a breeze is the ideal setting for birds to be out in flocks. This, mostly, holds true. But there are times when foul weather conditions can also be rewarding for bird watchers.

If you think that at 18 you’re an adult, then think again, for a new study has found that people may mature much later than traditionally thought.
Researchers from Dartmouth College in the US, in a study aimed at identifying how and when a person’s brain reaches adulthood, have found that, anatomically, significant changes in brain structure continue after age 18.
