Sonepat DC, SP shifted

The mob violence against Dalits at Gohana in Sonepat district took its toll on the district administration as the Deputy Commissioner as well as the Superintendent of Police of Sonepat were both transferred today by the state government. The Deputy Superintendent of Police posted at Gohana was also shifted.

Ms Neerja, Deputy Commissioner, Mewat and Chief Executive Officer, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh, replaced Mr S K Goyal as Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat. Mr Rajinder Singh, Superintendent of Police, Panipat was posted as the new Superintendent of Police at Sonepat in place of Mr Anil Kumar. Mr Arun Nehra, DSP, Bahadurgarh, was posted DSP at Gohana in place of Mr Raunki Ram.
