PM, Natwar to take up Sarabjit issue with Pak

As the Sarabjit Singh issue cut across the party lines and engaged the attention of the country’s top political leadership today, one thing seemed clear: the alleged Indian spy would not be rushed to the gallows by the Pakistan Government.

Four days after a Kamov-28 Naval helicopter crashed in the dense jungles of the Western Ghats, search teams today found a survivor Sandeep Singh and bodies of four crew members.

11 killed in Mumbai building collapse
Mumbai, August 23
At least 11 persons were killed and more than 35 injured when a four-storeyed building collapsed in South Mumbai early this morning. According to the fire brigade control room, the Sadaf building near the JJ Hospital crashed at around 1.15 am, bringing down all 16 flats in a heap.
